This is an ongoing list of books that I’ve read and enjoyed.

I consume a lot of these books in audiobook format, because I rarely have time to sit down and read, but have lots of time in my car. If a book didn’t translate well to audiobook I will note that here. These links all go to amazon via an affiliate link, this helps support the hosting costs for this website.

A lot of the fiction books I’ve read include a place I’m going to visit (specially the Grisham books) so I’ll listen to the audio book while I drive through a place. It’s one of my favorite ways to experience fiction. Nothing like listening to Grisham describe mountain top mining operations in “Gray Mountain” while driving through the smokies and seeing the results before your eyes.

BOLDED books are on my Entrepreneurs must read list, and if you’re one of my portfolio companies you should get on that. Yes The Martian is on the must read list; the approach to scrappy problem solving is an excellent primer for scrappy startups.
